Scheduling Assistance: AI may assist in suggesting, proposing, or recommending appointment slots (e.g. Discovery Call bookings) based on calendar availability. However, final scheduling actions are confirmed or executed by human agents or through user consent.

Input / Output Processing: When you provide input (text, responses, form data), that data may be processed by third-party AI service providers (e.g. OpenAI, ElevenLabs) under contract with us. Any outputs returned by these systems are used internally to enhance your experience.
