Refund Policy for Multifamily Done For You (MDFY)

At Multifamily Done For You (MDFY), our mission is to help clients acquire and close on cash-flowing multifamily properties with confidence. We are committed to transparency and results, which is why our service is backed by a performance-based guarantee.


1. No-Risk Performance Guarantee

When you enroll in our Multifamily Done For You (MDFY) program, we guarantee to help you close on a qualified multifamily property within the active term of your agreement — provided you remain responsive and complete the required steps outlined in your onboarding process.

If no property is successfully closed within your contracted term, and you have fulfilled all client responsibilities under your Master Service Agreement (MSA), you may be eligible for a full refund of your service fee.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

You have completed all required steps outlined in your onboarding and coaching process.

You have remained responsive to communications and property opportunities presented by our team.

You have not unreasonably rejected qualified property opportunities.

You have not breached or terminated your Master Service Agreement.

If these conditions are met and a property has not been closed by the end of the agreed-upon term, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected].

All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the terms of your signed Master Service Agreement.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain fees and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Funding or credit-related services rendered prior to termination.

Professional services, coaching, or consulting that have been delivered.

Any third-party costs, such as lender or appraisal fees, inspections, or title-related expenses.


4. Extensions and Upgrades

If you wish to continue beyond your initial program term, you may extend or upgrade your service plan. Extensions are available for additional time to complete your property acquisition, or you may upgrade to a partnership model with shared equity or profit participation.


5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

Include your full name, enrollment date, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your account and respond within 10 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
